Responsibilities and Duties: Content moderation of videos, texts, user profile, comments, photos published that may be considered controversial (sexual, violent, political, ideological content, etc.), with neutrality and in accordance with the platform's policies of different sources; Check whether the videos published follow the platform’s policies; Help keep the platform safe for everyone; identify infractions within the platform in accordance with the policy; Ensure that users who publish videos comply with the platform's content policies.

What we are looking for (Requirements):
Be of legal age;
Complete high school;
Advanced English and native/fluent Portuguese;
Availability to work in-company at Campus Lapa - SP (CPTM Line 7–Rubi)
-Experience with digital marketing and/or customer service in a Contact Center or other segments in multichannel customer service and/or with Social Media tools.
